Our MMA sessions are open to everyone, from beginners to advanced. You will learn a mix of techniques from boxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling and kickboxing, under the supervision of experts. MMA is a complete discipline that will allow you to improve your physical condition, your endurance and your technique, while strengthening your mental strength.
Morning Jogging and Debriefings Daily
To complete these workouts, each day begins with a morning jog in the great outdoors, perfect for awakening the body and mind.
After each training session, debriefings are organized to discuss the techniques learned, the progress made and to answer all your questions. These moments of exchange are essential to strengthen the cohesion of the group and ensure that each participant achieves their goals.
